I love Tim’s motor city, it’s by far my favourite cafe as of yet, and I am not exaggerating. First and most importantly. The staff during all shifts are just FANTASTIC!! They are very friendly and welcoming, and just their smiles and how polite they are just makes my day and lightens up my mood. Secondly, the aesthetic is wonderful, it’s so clean and tidy and just beautiful. The interior design is fantastic. The chairs are very comfortable and good quality and so are the tables, they have built Bluetooth charger and plug within the tables for charging. I come here to study and it’s so nice and quiet and calm. And most importantly it’s open 24/7. So far I’ve ordered a Boston cream doughnut and a grilled cheese panini sandwich. The grilled cheese panini was so tasty and cheesy, I loved it. I appreciated that when I went to them with my donut cause it didn’t have cream filling, they gave me a new one right away. I’ve also tried their frozen French vanilla, and it’s become my go to drink. I get it well blended and it’s fantastic. I just love how the staff know that I like it well blended and do it without me asking. I honestly appreciate it. Also, I have had their Cesar wrap with a special order of chipotle sauce and extra chicken (and sometimes with cheese) it’s so tasty and has so much chicken and sauce and is very spicy. It’s amazing, I would definitely recommend it if you like spicy and also make sure they make it extra hot. I honestly recommend you come over to study, work, or just have fun with your family or friends. It’s an amazing place and you...
Read moreIf you're a coffee lover looking for a cozy spot to either work or unwind, Tim Hortons should definitely be on your radar. This cafe has quickly become my favorite haunt for sipping on some delicious coffee while I tackle my workload or simply relax and chill out.
The ambiance at Tim Hortons strikes the perfect balance between comfortable and conducive, making it an ideal setting for a variety of visits. Whether you're there to dive into a good book, catch up on emails, or enjoy a leisurely chat, the environment is welcoming and just right.
As for the offerings, Tim Hortons consistently impresses with their array of snacks, sandwiches, and of course, the donuts. Each item is a delightful treat that pairs wonderfully with their well-crafted beverages. I often find myself indulging in a donut or grabbing a quick sandwich, both of which are reliably tasty and satisfying.
An added bonus is the parking situation—there's free parking available for up to three hours in the basement, which is incredibly convenient, and an additional hour for free outside. This makes it easy to stop by without the hassle of finding and paying for parking, adding to the overall ease of enjoying Tim Hortons.
All in all, Tim Hortons stands out not just for its great coffee and snacks, but also for its inviting atmosphere and practical amenities. It's a spot I highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a great place to refuel, work, or simply enjoy...
Read moreWe just visited Tim Hortons and had a really disappointing experience, especially frustrating as we were coming with strollers.
Accessing the place was a hassle from the start. Delivery drivers had completely taken over the entrance, moving outdoor furniture around to the point where we had to physically shift chairs ourselves just to get in. With strollers, this was even more difficult and honestly unacceptable. It felt like the dine-in customer is an afterthought here.
Inside, we ordered coffee, I went for a flat white and it was boiling hot. When I told the barista I couldn’t accept it like that, his response was, “I’ll put some ice in it.” Really? That’s the fix? He eventually made another one, but it was barely lukewarm and clearly made with no real care. I ended up throwing it away.
Also worth mentioning, if I’m having coffee in the shop, I expect it to be served in a proper mug or cup, not a paper takeaway cup. Maybe that’s just me being old-school, but it feels like yet another sign that the in-store experience doesn’t matter here.
We won’t be back. There are plenty of places that understand basic customer service, and how to make a...
