We had an amazing dining experience at Wagamama City Walk! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed—perfect for a casual dinner with great food.

We ordered the classic Chicken Katsu Curry and the Grilled Chicken Ramen, and both dishes absolutely hit the spot! The katsu curry was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of flavorful sauce, while the ramen was hearty, comforting, and packed with fresh ingredients. You could really taste the quality in every bite.

A special shoutout to the incredible staff who made our visit even more memorable—Lily and Saira were kind and efficient, making sure we were well taken care of throughout. But we have to give extra appreciation to James, who truly went above and beyond. His attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and positive energy made us feel like VIP guests. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, and James certainly did that!

I had an amazing time dining at Wagamama in City Walk! From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Ms. Jen, the manager, for assisting us throughout our meal. She was incredibly humble, hospitable, and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious – from the flavorful ramen and gyoza to the rich and aromatic curry. The desserts were also a treat, beautifully presented and indulgent! The tea was a lovely touch, making the meal even more enjoyable.
