Zaatar w Zeit - Dubai Media City — Restaurant in Dubai

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. All the servers are really rude except 2 of them.. this isn't the first time, I always eat at the Zaatar W Zeit beside my school, and all my friends say the same thing. It's like they're just not happy to serve you, or that you're a burden; especially in the morning. Also, their WiFi codes distribution seems to be based on their mood. I've had people on my same table ask for wifi codes and they won't give them while if someone on another table does they do... it's like they have something personal against their customers. Me and my friends have chosen to stop eating at ZWZ and switch to caribou instead. Customer service is really important and unfortunately this branch will lose so many more customers if their issues aren't dealt with... there's also a huge issue with their AC that NEEDS TO be addressed. I could've sworn it's colder outside in the Dubai weather at times... this place is SERIOUSLY HOT!!!!!! Disgusting customer service. I have never been discriminated against so badly before. All the staff treat you like grabage. They dont take you seriously and will make you walk all the way downstairs just to order when there’s already a waitress and computer upstairs. They will also make you walk down the long staircase to pick up your order even if you are sitting upstairs!!!!! They made us walk all the way back downstairs because when we tried to sit up, she said go down, but downstairs was full!!!! I was hungry and it was a waste of time and energy. They wouldnt even clean the table we sat at!!!! How unhygienic to eat while other people’s food is still on the table. We visited office Park Zattar w Zeit, it's really amazing and cozy place for family and couple. We tried pizza 🍕 kofta with cheese and it's wow. Cheese ball was really good, tabbouleh salad so fresh. ⭐ Product is falafel wrap, labnan with cucumber wrap 🌯. 100% I can visit again and again for this outlet. My 100% recommended this place.
