I've been visiting this club for a little while now after work to relax and get my mind off things for a bit, and here's my honest feedback.
I'll start by saying the only good thing I can think of which is that some staff members are genuinely nice and helpful, they try really hard to satisfy your needs and genuinely care about doing their job properly, however not all. Some just become "too" friendly with you too quick and start treating you like you fought together in WW2 and less like an actual paying customer just cause you show your face around a couple of times a week. I genuinely feel like the "service" I'm paying for is completely nonexistent and I have no value as a customer. Especially that one Kazak guy who's "supposedly" the branch manager. Sometimes he says outrageous things that are way out of his position.
Secondly the application is an absolute joke, I don't know if it's going through some early access or something but it's completely broken and not user friendly. The response time is super slow, you have to wait for a response after pressing literally any button, and when ordering food even though you get charged and the payment goes through it shows a message that says "Payment failed" or something and it doesn't automatically clear the cart for when you wanna order next time so you have to manually empty your cart before ordering again. Also I don't know if you guys are aware but I came across a bug where after "ending my session" on the PCs, sometimes the computer literally doesn't restart and it's basically turned on free to use free of charge without being connected to any account. All I'm wondering is you guys really paid someone to create an application for you that loses you money? Pretty interesting.
Lastly, I will never order food from this kitchen because a couple of times I have walked in and the entire front desk was swarming with drain flies which is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic and makes me question how often they even bother cleaning the place. Plus they allow smoking ICOS inside which smells absolutely disgusting when you're sitting trying to play and enjoy your time and someone from across the table blows the smell of fart (yes I'm still referring to ICOS) all over the place.
Now this is a genuine review unlike all the other forced fake reviews that are for the sake of price discounts and promotions which they advertise to you the moment you walk in. I just feel sorry for the people who are really trying hard to do their jobs...

When I walked inside the club there was an asian guy and pakistani I believe they were pretty friendly and nice with me, he make a tour around the club and I was really happy with that. At first I just want to visit only but they made me feel good so I wanted to play. When I about to make a payment in the reception there was an african guy, I don't know what was wrong with him, the way he speak and forcing to me and he made me feel like I'm couldn't afford for 1 hour like I'm a broke person who can't pay 25 aed or just want to play free or maybe he doesn't like Indians. Read moreI used to like this place a lot before, good food, almost reasonable prices and etc. The equipment used to work well and the app was smooth. But tell me why it took us an hour just to get me and my friends things to be working? Booking was hell, the app sucks. The food was mediocre but extremely expensive. You’re telling me AED 8 for a Mountain Dew? And AED 20 for some small fries? Really expensive now. And additionally the equipment sucks like why am I getting my pc randomly restarting and my friends just crashing. I would’ve gave a lower price but the staff are genuinely so kind and amazing I feel bad for them working in this shit environment. This could’ve been a 2 stars but the staff were trying their hardest to fix our issues. But please fix the app, it’s the only way for us to book and stop the session.
