We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Zira! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly polite and friendly, taking the time to explain the dishes and share a bit about Uzbek cuisine with us, which was completely new to us. It really added a personal touch and made us feel even more excited to try everything.

The food was nothing short of fantastic—every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The plov was hands-down the highlight of the meal, and it truly lived up to its reputation as the star of the show. We had a disappointing experience with the service. When we tried to change our order just a few seconds after placing it, while the server was still at our table, he refused quite abruptly and said, “No bro, you already ordered.” The food took about 35 minutes to arrive, so it clearly wasn’t prepared yet.

A simple request for Coke Zero took nearly 15 minutes, and the bread never arrived until after the meal. The person managing the floor came across as dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable.
