miyabi sushi Media City — Restaurant in Dubai

We came for all you can eat on a Tuesday night and waited for 15 mins until we called a server to take our order. 30 mins after we ordered still didn't receive our food so we called the server again and it seemed they didn't even put our order in. Eventually our food came and we ordered more sushi and the lady told us it will be 30-40 mins before our next order comes because they are busy. We ordered kids meal and one of the servers brought ice cream for the kids we asked for choc and they said they don't have choc because the kitchen already prepared vanilla and when another server came we asked if they have choc they brought it. We ordered miso soup it never came they sent us the wrong rolls and also the cheetos roll was not as described on menu. Came at 0830 pm. Place was empty and seemed to operate as a cloud kitchen with more drivers inside than guests. Staff too busy packing to greet. Food: miso is just a bowl of extra salty extremely hot dark juice. Salad just right of the chiller, maki rice was warm and part of it raw. Unagi was not edible, avocado maki served warm, seems like the rice just came out of the cooker, partiallly uncookedand no flavour of vinegar. Service was not existing as too busy managing the noisy order printer and the drivers. My recommendation, reduce your operating cost and tent a warehouse to do only delivery! Because obviously this is a cloud kitchen with seating. The Sparkling water was good, however ordered a large one and received a small one!!!!
