Today is my last visit to pak darbar Al barsha very disappointed, I like to eat chappati with my food but if you order chappati they will say chappati will take more than 10 minutes? But still we manage to wait but today they say more than 20 minutes ? ⭐ 1 Star I have been a loyal customer of Pak Darbar, ordering from their Satwa and Arood branches many times, including deliveries to JVC. However, my recent experience with the Al Barsha 1 branch was very disappointing.

I called to place a large order, assuring them I would order frequently and in large amounts. Initially, the representative said delivery to JVC was possible for orders above AED 100, but then he refused outright without any valid reason. When I requested that he come to a closer location to make delivery easier, he declined and spoke to me very rudely.

I repeatedly asked for his name and to speak to a manager. After some time, he called back and identified himself as Umar, the manager. Despite this, his tone was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout.
