I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Ahoy, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home.

I always pass this place & I finally got to go there today for a spot of lunch with my friend. The place was really busy & the young man that served us was really friendly & efficient. He was rushed off his feet but he had everything under control. Big selection of food to choose from. We decided on a pot of tea, white coffee, freshly baked cheese scone a piece of homemade apple cake & a bowl of freshly fried chips. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her scone. The apple cake was so amazingly yummy I could've ate another one, chips were so crispy & hot. Will definitely come again....

Nice place for breakfast / brunch / lunch. Had a few breakfasts here but today was lunch. Haggis and mozzarella panini was really nice with a small salad and crisps. Partner had a panini off the specials board and the grandson had a ham and cheese sandwich which he completely finished and that doesn't happen often. I like their coffee which arrives well before the food as its freshly prepared. Small outdoor area if it's a nice day and dog friendly...
