Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Had a seat at a table which was not cleaned , all the tables the same.. I went to order as on the app at the table you can not have the free meal for the kid , went to the counter and the same , the lady refunded me after the kids meal after as per the advertisement at the table and everywhere.. anyway got my order in a box which was specified it’s eat in, that’s fine I could deal with that but then I found a bone , looked like it has been eaten and then put it in the box , no, it wasn’t from my chicken as I got exactly the half chicken, one of the ladies ( not the one that served me because she said , after asking her again why is that bone “yeah I know we are dealing with that “)explanation was that that bone is from other chicken and it just feel off..my chicken was dry like hell and I barely managed to peel off the meat , how did it happen with that bone to just fell in my box, strange isn’t it? Strange enough when I was leaving I saw the guy from the chicken roast counter eating there exactly from costumers chicken.. well done Morrisons! I am also pregnant so fingers crossed I am not going to get sick or something...

Food is really good, very well priced and the atmosphere is nice, bright and open.

Unfortunately service was a bit lacking though as we had to wait twenty minutes for two simple muffins and a coffee. They hadn't washed any of the teapots we were told so we had to be given a cup of tea in a takeaway cup and were told we would have to go to the front to ask for a refill.

Our child's breakfast wasn't taken through at the same time and they didn't realise it was part of the same order so that came through a few minutes later, then they forgot the drink so had to wait for that seperately.

To make it that tad bit more frustrating I had to go up to the counter for ketchup which we had paid for as part of our order through the app and again for butter as we weren't given anything to go with our child's toast.

Simple things that should have been considered before taking it out which would have been clearly visible through our order.

All-in-all we'll come back again because we really like the place but would nice to be see an improvement in...

Went to Morrisons Cafe this afternoon and was really disappointed at how long our food took to come out. We only ordered Macaroni which is McIntosh Macaroni meaning it should have taken 10 - 15 minutes to be ready when it took 42 minutes?! Which I don’t understand how as you are only taking it out a packet and heating it up?! Also there’s a picture of garlic bread on the picture when you are choosing what you want to eat which would make sense why it’s £7 but no garlic bread came?. This is not cool if there’s something on the picture then it should have been on the plate as well, I know it never said it comes with garlic bread as well but that doesn’t matter just don’t put it in the photo!. Also £7 for a small serving of McIntosh Macaroni is absolutely ridiculous!. I kinda want my money back as £14 for two small bowls of Macaroni is not on and is an...
