Went into the night with the sole intention of having a good night as there was a large group of us celebrating a birthday. Booked the £100 booth package for 11 people but when we turned up we were given a booth that only seated 6/7 at a push. We also were not given the 5 cans that should have been included in the package and everything generally seemed very unprepared.
After everyone from our group turned up when noticed that the booth was only seating just over half of us so someone spoke to the manager and another table (not a private booth) was offered. 10 minutes later when I had came back inside I was told that said table was offered so I went to inquire about being able to move to the bigger table.
When I spoke to the manager about moving to the other table he was very rude and frankly didn’t seem to care that we had spent our own money on the package and not been given what we had paid for. He told me that because we had not given him an answer in the last 10 minutes on whether we would moves tables (even though it wasn’t a booth it was a public table that was being offered) that he didn’t want to tell the 1 person sitting at that table to move now even though they were there 10 minutes before as well and it was clear it was just being made as awkward as possible for no reason.
I explained to the manager that I had only just found out as I was outside and had came over once I had been told but this was just met with rudeness. I understood his point that usually people book for 11 people and not everyone shows up but every I had including in the booking did show up so I then expect to be given what was booked and shouldn’t get less because other groups don’t always turn up with the right numbers.
I tried to explain that I was not given the package that I had paid for so if it could not be sorted the I would just contact my bank the next week to get my money back as I had not received what I had paid for, if I had bought something online for example and I had not got what I had paid for you would then do the same.
This was then met with claims that I was causing an argument and being confrontational even though I was in no way aggressive at all and considering how I was being spoken to by the manager I was generally fairly calm and was just trying to get my point across. This the proceeded to the manager continuously claiming if I kept asking (for the package I had paid for) that I would be thrown out. I have never been thrown out of and club in my life and it is not in my nature this was clearly just being said because he could when it was pretty reasonable that I ask to receive the package I paid for.
2 minutes after I returned to our booth he came over and said that we could move (to the public table). I accepted and said thank you however I was then met with the manager being rude and cheeky again claiming that if I brought up the problem again I would be thrown out, even though all I had done the whole time was ask for the package I had paid for and was not even aggressive given the fact that he time and time again refused to provide the package that I had paid for.
It’s a shame because we were all really looking forward to our night but being spoken to in this way by the manager and being threaten with being thrown out just for asking to receive the package I had paid for left a sour taste for the whole group and we felt that we were having to walk on eggshells for the rest of the night about our package and what we had not received.
The bouncers however were for the most part very helpful, however the manager couldn’t have been much ruder and couldn’t care less that we were not receiving what we had paid for and just wanted to play the power card of threatening to throw us out instead of just giving us the package we had asked and paid for and had been promised.

We turned up early, not 30 minutes late. Table was pushed back an hour but that was a service offered by the club online so not our...
Read moreThe bouncers here are the worst people you will ever come across. They have hired 2 stupid and arrogant women that are the definition of the devil. It is almost as if they had a Fetish of shaming on people. It is their modus operandi. They constantly have 2 police cars in front of the door to intimidate, and bully absolutely everyone. The other bouncers don't do nothing about it, and some seem to follow their kink. They are unbelievably insecure, arrogant, dishonest, unnecessarily agressive. I do not recommend you to go if you are a man, there is a very high chance you will get arrested for doing absolutely nothing.
I do not understand how a business can hire such people, nobody wants to go to this club even if the entry is free because of the bouncers. It is the one and...
Read moreThe bouncers are racists and the worst. For New Year’s Eve me and few of my Indian friends wanted to go to Prohibition cause the place has best music. However, at the entrance we were denied entry cause to the bouncers “we don’t look like people who would spend money for drinks”. If we don’t want to spend money why would we even show up at that place. When we said to the bouncer that he is being racist cause he let other white people in who were behind us but not us, the bouncer replied saying “Yeah I am and I don’t care”. I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from Prohibition especially racial profiling people. It’s an experience which hurt us all and we won’t returning to this place. The emotional damage done to us is enough. Would not recommend this...
