Burger King — Restaurant in Ashford

Myself and my husband had a couple of hours to spare yesterday (14th September), anyway we went in to have a meal as a treat, turns out more of a mis treat. The staff were rude, the manager was worse. We sat down to eat our meal and my husbands "hot chocolate" looked like dish water and tasted just as bad after complaining I was told "that the machine had been fixed a couple of days before, and if I wanted a replacement hot chocolate it would taste exactly the same as the first" so opted out of that and had a sprite. The food was cold and the fries were half cooked. As for the lettuce it was brown in places so clearly turning rotten. We will never go there again. And if you value your digestive system I would stay away too. The staff need training in customer service and the manager either needs to go or have PROPER management training. Failing that get rid of them all and start over again with nice people and staff. They would have more custom if they had nice staff and much better food. May I also add that everytime we have been there the downstairs part of the store is always shut off to the public so you can't use the facilities my next step is to now contact their...

I received an email saying I had a coupon for a free whopper for my birthday. I decided to take advantage of this and get fries as well. I put through the order to pick up and when I arrived I was given only fries. I was told the whopper wasn’t on the order. When I tried to order in store with my voucher I was then told that the reason the whopper had probably been removed was that restaurant did not do rewards. Would have been nice to say that while I was placing the order online instead of letting me order add ons I wouldn’t have if I didn’t know I wasn’t going to get a burger! The store staff offered no solutions and as I had planned to grab my meal before my shift and I am on principle not paying for that burger I was left hungry instead. I think it’s really deceptive offering a birthday coupon to make me place a bk order I wouldn’t otherwise have had and then not mentioning till the very last minute when I’ve already ordered and paid for other items that it doesn’t work. The order shouldn’t have been able to go through online. Very dissapointed and will not be coming back! Not staffs fault but an apology for the inconvenience of the situation would...

The food was horrible, would not suggest going here service was rubbish, no seats as the had closed off half the shop when I asked if they would open it the said no. The bin was over flowing, rubbish all over the floor and rubbish on tables. Only 1 person serving she was very nice and helpful, her name was Sydney. Will be calling up to sort the matter out as they should be closed down. I watched the women prepare burgers, they were pre cooked sitting in a dirty tray which she got out without gloves throwing the buns on the dirty table top...
