Can’t believe today took Marshall to town — we are currently potty training and we was in shop next to the cafe in Alhambra...he says to me need a wee ... I said can you hold it and he says no...so I rush to cafe and says can my little boy use the toilet he’s potty training...no it’s customer only so I rushed out saying that fine then I’ll make him do his wee in public...so I covers him up and get potty out...the security guard comes over to me and goes you alright the toilets there and said they weren’t let me use them for him...he couldn’t believe it. They would like a boy to wet himself going to the toilet than just having a heart so I had to stop in public and let him go to toilet and then carry the potty all way through lifts to upstairs because they wouldn’t let him use the bathroom...

First of all was refused an extra cup R the til point so I could share a pot of tea with my 87 year old mum who doesn’t drink much. Ordered Turkey yorkshire wrap and chips. Luckily the other staff member did oblige with an extra plate so we could share that. Chips definitely had consistency like they had been reheated at least once. The inside of the wrap had some weird taste to it not sure if it’s the oil or what but I couldn’t eat it so waste of money. Won’t be retuning again after this as they are not accommodating and...

Absolutely disgusting service received today. Card machine not working then waited 45 minutes before asking for money back as no food arrived. No one said there was a long wait for food when ordering. Then an employees family member came in and got served within 10 minutes. When getting our money back we could hear lots of shouting coming from the kitchen saying there were lots of food on hot plate needed taking out but nobody was bringing it out. It was disgusting lots of angry customers, wasted food and rubbish...
