WOW Bubbles - Barnsley — Restaurant in Barnsley

First time customer, ordered the coconut milk tea with tapioca pearls. Was expecting it to not be as good as the bubble tea place in meadowhall but I actually prefer Wow’s as it wasn’t sickly and I actually managed to finish the whole drink.

Customer service was polite and as fast as they can be when there’s only 3 staff members on shift and two are still learning the ropes with it being a new business. Not sure why people have left bad reviews when they can only work as fast as the machines allow them to and they’re still learning everything.

I will be back again, hopefully you start a delivery...

Just want to say a huge thankyou! I ordered on just eat for the past few times I’ve had them, but I go there regularly in person and they are always super friendly! Today my order didn’t have the tapioca pearls in but there (they did state this on justeat aswell first) but even still a note was sent explaining that they were out of stock and they are sorry and they included a cupcake ( which my kids loved)! Just want to say it was a really nice touch and I appreciate it! Keep doing what...

Came up with my friend because we’ve heard good things about this place however the minute I went to order the worker went over to my friend asked what she wanted. Once my friend finished her order the worker called up the people behind me completely ignoring the fact that I was about to order.
