Read moreOver a week ago we booked pasha Turkish restaurant in Barnsley for my birthday on Saturday night at 8pm as we were then going to have our meal then had arranged to meet our friends afterwards, we had really been looking forward to it all week, we arrived just before 8pm and was just stood there nobody came to us so we went over to the bar ordered some drinks and told them we had booked a table and after a few minutes a waitress that clearly wasn’t happy showed us to a table. So me and r Malc just sat there chatting away and looking around as you do waiting for someone to come then after around 20 mins the same waitress comes over and we had a few questions about the food which she answered while looking bored and then took our order by which time we had no drinks left but nobody was behind the bar and nobody came over to see if we wanted more drinks or to explain that maybe they we’re running behind or any othe explanation for the delay! 50 minutes later we decided to leave as we still hadn’t received any service whatsoever no food no drinks no nothing, a young man sat across from us came over and asked us if we were ok he said he was the owners friend and after we explained what had happened he apologised and asked if we could wait a bit longer to get our food but as I explained it was too late by then Malc was chomping at the bit thirsty as owt and on one by this time and we were both starving but the night was ruined as we then didn’t get to meet our friends and just got a taxi home so thanks for that pasha we definitely won’t...

The first time they forgot to add the cheesecake in the bag, when I told the owner he'd forgotten to add the cheesecake he said "I can't remember your order now so nothing I can do...we don't give freebies" I never asked for a "freebie" simply asked for what id already paid for. This time they tried to charge £4 for sauce that comes with your food already and they forgot to add the rice for the two casseroles. When I called them to say they'd forgotten the owner rudely said "I'm busy and havnt got time to talk to you" and passed the phone to a woman who said its my fault for not checking the bag before we left the restaurant and hung up on me.
