Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Bath

Absolutely horrendous. We ordered an order on just eat. The order was WRONG as there was items missing. We had to drive down to sort this and the girl serving was nothing but disgusting and rude from the start. We simply asked for the coffees to be remade as they were cold because we had to drive back to get the rest of the order and she flat out refused?? she said it was our fault they had gone cold as we CHOSE to come and collect the rest of the order?? And that the order wasn’t wrong there was just bits missing. Sorry, I think that means it’s wrong?? We’ve paid £25 and we expect our order to be right. She then tells me she’ll make the coffees after the line has gone (how is that fair??? I’ve waited in the line??) and then LAUGHS to the customer behind us. We walked out. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We come here a lot and we will not be returning she was smug and horrendous. It was a ginger girl on the till serving us, she should not be serving anyone.

Store manager is so rude! I have the same everytime i go down there and all the other staff are lovely and accommodate greatly for what I ask and make it exact. However when I asked if she had put the correct amount of caramel in cause I saw her put less (even when she interrupted her colleagues rudely while serving me to tell her to charge me extra) which I have no issue with irs how rude she was to the other lady! When asked was there the right amount of carmel in she proceeded to say yeah i know how much i put in i had the bottle! Never been so dumb founded in my life you'd even speak to a customer like thay and she was about to put cream on the top too even when the order states no cream so I had to say no cream please twice cause she didn't hear me and said oh sorry didn't hear. Came here when Visiting a friend of Mine During the Lockdown although everyone was good with me my friend experienced some of the staff were very rude to him both me and my friend are people with autism and learning disabilities plus my friend also suffers with cerebral palsey so he is not very pleased with the way he was treated through out his visits to this Costa wether I was with him or when he is own his own if you got to know him he is a very good person he doesn't mean to cause...
