Domino's Pizza - Bath - Oldfield Park — Restaurant in Bath

Waited 50 minutes past collection time - staff were rude and rolled their eyes when we asked questions and just continued with what they were doing (clearly have no customer service skills), but I understand they may have been busy or understaffed. There was at least one staff member doing nothing much standing out the back (visible through the door) who could have come out do hand out pizzas or deal with the building number of people waiting for their food - but instead just proceeded to ignore people who were clearly trying to grab his attention. This member of staff eventually went through to the back to check on orders and told us that it would be another 10 minutes (despite us having already waited half an hour for collection). What was also visible in the kitchen was the mounting number of pizza boxes ready to be collected - yet no member of staff did anything to distribute these. Eventually, we were able to get attention of one of the staff members who was able to get our pizza, that had evidently been waiting on the shelf since we came into the store to collect. The pizza and sides we collected were cold and so had to microwave when we returned home. Very dissatisfied with the poor levels of service - if possible, I would give a negative...

After I place my order on the phone I walked into your branch, there was one person in the fridge, that didn’t acknowledge me, after about a minute of standing there someone shouted something in another language to someone out the back, this person came through with a mouthful of food ask my name (for the order) I wanted to confirm my order number, I said you never gave me an order number on the phone. After he huffed I was told it would be two minutes, I could see my order on the computer and it said ready, five people then walked in that were below me and got their food and left.. odd When it came to the Bill, The gentleman then said £12… I said it says £11.99 on your menu, he said yes, but it’s full toppings it’s £12, I then had to remind him that it says £11.99 on the menu, why are you charging me £12? He then said it’s okay, £11.99 I then said again, why did you charge me £12? He stared at me and didn’t give me an...

Really pleased with having no minimum order requirements when using 50% off any pizza as only my children want Dominos and previously I would have to buy quite a lot of food to reap any sort of benefits cost wise .

The Food was delivered quite quick and apparently delicious.

However, I ordered a half and half for my children. due to the way it was sliced and being different pizzas for each child , it turned out the portion size was unequal . The bigger child had less of the pizza than the smaller child.

Also the younger child unfortunately had some meat on his side hidden under his extra cheesy side that he was not too impressed with.
