We waited patiently for the food with alot of expectations. To be frank all the food served except Rack Ribs were awful. We waited for one of the waiters to atleast look at us to say that all the foods were under seasoned. After serving the food literally no one turned towards us, since we were starving as we were traveling from London and didn't have anything since morning we just ate as all of us were tired of hunger. After completing the food we raised this concern with the manager. Unfortunately the manager was very rude and not cooperating. He stated we didn't like the food basically because we are Asian's and we are used to having spicy foods which is discriminating. He didn't want us to give any negative comments on food and was explaining just his side by saying every outlet of Frankie & Benny's serve this same kind of food which is under seasoned with literally no pinch of salt in the pizza and pasta. Very unhappy with the service and the food.

Don't go it's a rip off!!! We had a meal there this evening. Staff were nice and friendly. Starter was nice wings and garlic bread. Main course rather disappointing - my partner had the king prawn risotto and we've never seen as much greenery in a risotto before it took away from the dish completely. It was 80% greens and 20% prawns and risotto. I had the meatball special which came on penne pasta. The four meatballs were dry and not much taste and very little sauce on the pasta. The worst bit came when the bill arrived we were horrified to find the prices on their menu does not include VAT. I have never known a restaurant to add this on at the end of the bill, usually when we eat out, the price on the menu is the price you pay. So our £40 meal turned out to be £49... Therefore Frankie & Benny's are not good value for money but a rip off!! We used to love Frankie and Benny's but this has put us off completely now!!

Simply awful. It was my mistake agreeing to go to one of these restaurant chains as they always disappoint. To start we had a pram and got seated in an awkward corner having to squeeze by other customers when there were other tables available which we asked for. The table was dirty so we cleaned ourselves with a wet wipe and there were chips on the floor under the table. The portion sizes were on the smaller side. The food was either fine or a let down, for example the over cooked chicken. When we got given our starter we weren't given any cutlery. No staff came near us again. After a long wait trying to get anyone's attention we had to get up and walk towards the kitchen to ask for cutlery. No apology for the oversight or the wait. The only slightly positive thing I can say is that the cost was reasonable enough, but given the experience and the poor food I would never return or recommend it to anyone.

where do i start...walked in and stood for 4 minutes before a man went "I'll be with yous in a minute go wait outside" ... Alright abit odd but I'll survive lol, me and my friend waited in the outdoor seating area for 7 minutes before another couple arrived, went inside and within 2 minutes were told to go wait outside aswell and someone would come get them so they came outside and sat down. Within 3 minutes a member of staff completely ignored us, went up to them and said "your table is ready" the other couple said to her "they were here before us?" And she ignored them and walked them to their table before coming to get us. Already annoyed but I tried to keep a happy face as I didn't want to ruin the evening. The other couple were asked if they wanted drinks within 2 minutes of being sat, me and my friend waited 8 minutes before finally being asked. This happened aswell with the food where they were served before us which was upsetting. When the food finally arrived we had pointed out to our server that we were never given cutlery but the couple that arrived after us had been given drinks, napkins and cutlery and we had nothing. She said "okay be back soon" ... She never returned so we had to just eat with our hands (thankfully we ordered burgers). Even when we went to pay she had the CHEEK to ask us how much of a tip we wanted to leave, I told her none because the way we were treated from the second we got here was so rude. I asked her was it anything to do with the way we were dressed (my partner was in a jumper and denim jeans and I was in a hoodie and tracksuit bottoms due to my health condition) and she awkwardly laughed and then gave us our receipt and walked away.... i liked the food but the service was downright disgusting and i won't be going back. I wish I had asked for the manager to complain about that member of staff because she treated us like trash from the second she seen us. Me and my friend also do not look like your average Joe, we both look alternative and i myself am covered in tattoos so i am used to being treated differently and in a colder manner but this was just so gross....

Had previous bad experience here but due to all other bar/restaurant options being booked out due to time of year & Christmas market etc, gave it second chance as was young daughters birthday and she wanted a treat for lunch. Girl greeting customers was friendly and helpful, but from there the experience was a disgrace. Once seated, order was taken and after 10 mins was informed there were no more wraps available, so child had to reorder - which we did. Then, few mins later the adults food arrives - a pizza which was thinner than the menu itself and of very poor quality for the price paid. I noted all pizzas being delivered to tables were exactly the same thickness and quality and can't help think they are pre frozen and simply heated up. Would explain the quality of the food. The amended child order arrived about 25 mins later, when the adults had already finished their meal. By this stage she had grown tired of waiting and the food was of awful quality. Needless to say she barely are it and we just wanted to leave. No staff apologised for the delay, fact it wasnt put as urgent bearing in mind the original delay due to running out of ingredients etc. Throughout the experience of around an hour and 15 the staf were running around chaotically, arguing amongst themsevles and the ordering system in full view along with kitchen showed just how disorganised they actually are.

I asked for the bill - for girl to say she'd bring it to my table. She passed the table at least 15-20 times delivering food, taking new orders and as befitting of this place having sat and given her ample chance to get back to me had to ask her AGAIN 15 mins later can I have the bill asap, and as per her reaction, she'd actually forgotten to go and get it leaving me sat unattended.

I can accept a restaurant being busy but more importantly the quality of the food here is of absolutely horrible standard on both visits, appearing to be pre-packed or frozen and reheated only. The service isnt far behind and needless to say, its last time i'll ever set foot in this or any other Frankie & Benny's.

You've...

Family outing to the Waterfront in Belfast for a Comedy Show. With 4 of us coming to Belfast to meet the other 4, the consensus was Frankie & Benny's in the Victoria Center in Belfast for a casual dinner before going over to the Waterfront. 3 Good Reasons: 1/GLUTEN FREE MENU. 2/ DISABLED ACCESS. 3/IT'S VERY HANDY! Service for 8 people all wanting different drinks & meals was really excellent and everything arrived within minutes from 1st meal to last ! Even when a couple of items from the Side-menu were asked for - after the main orders - they arrived much faster than many Fast Food could've managed, and were all properly done & with enough for everyone ! Prices, Food quality, Service and Atmosphere were well worth wandering around & about the Victoria Centre. I would highly recommend for a 'meal break' during a Shopping trip to the Centre and, after the rushing around the Shops, there is a nice feeling of Not Being 'rushed through your meal and out the door' ! UNLIKE quite a few "High-end" Eateries in Belfast, where 'Fancy decor' and 'High Prices' make up for NO seating room ! *1 Complaint Everyone had (and Has !) ONE Single, Over And Above All "Complaint" !!! The Biggest Complaints are about the Absolutely Ridiculous fPriceor Parking !! Because it was after 7pm there's some Very Scarce 'On Street' Parking -and being Disabled, I'm fortunate enough to warrant a Blue Badge. But watching the dangerous types of driving people were ah seeing a possible Parking Space, were in was a Sign of the dreadfullyengaged Selfish and people driving were goingĺ to, in order to Avoid the Victoria Center car parking extortion ! In fact one of my daughters worked out that over a certain period of time, it would be Cheaper to Pay a Parking Fine than Pay...
