*Every* *Single* Burger tasted great. And every single Burger we had there was different. I cannot understand how people can claim they are below everage and then talk about McDonald's in the next sentence. There is literally no reason to want to eat a burger with a patty as thin and tasty as the sole of a worn out shoe in a place as sticky and dirty as a... McDonald's. Yes it's really expensive, but nobody has to go there everyday.

Expensive and bland, I've not had a blander burger in years and the price i had to pay for it was dear, both my taste buds and my wallet are wholly unsatisfied. (PS- the prices do not have the tax added to it) I've had a better experience buying a loaf of bread, salad and some random cooked meat from Lidl, a good tasting sandwich for 1/10th of the price, avoid this place at all costs.

The worst burger experience I've ever had in my entire life! This was my first (and surely last) time at five guys. The regular cheeseburger costs more than £10 with no side at all. I picked a small cheeseburger where you have to pay for every single topping. £26 for 2 small smashed cheeseburgers. 1 fries and 1 coke. Pictures don't lie, never ever again!

First ever visit to a five guys. I went with my son. When we arrived there was no obvious signage to advise whether to order at a table or at the counter. We waited to see what other people did then ordered at the counter. The girl who served us wasnt able to advise how big the various burgers were so I didn't know what to order for my son as they don't do kids meals. I ended up ordering him the 'little hamburger' and the regular hamburger for myself, both with various toppings and sauces from the extensive list. The girl advised that a regular sized portion of fries would be enough for us to share, we ordered the Cajun ones. We also ordered soft drinks (unlimited refills). The girl took our payment and advised us to wait for our order number to be called. We availed of the soft drinks machine while we waited on our food . I have never seen such a huge selection of soft drinks!! Our order number was called fairly quickly, we collected our food and went off to find a table. The eating area was around half full, but there were lots of tables which had not been cleared. We ended up having to clear one ourselves - not impressed when we'd just paid well over £20 for 2 burgers, fries and a couple of soft drinks. We got seated and tucked into our meal. I have to say the burgers were excellent. My son's burger was just the right size (he's 12). Only fault was the wrapper on mine was greasy on the outside. The cajun fries on the other hand.... far too much seasoning! We couldn't taste potato, only seasoning. It was very overpowering. I refilled my cup from the drinks machine then we finished up our meal and left. Not a brilliant first experience of five guys but based purely on the quality of the burger and the selection of soft drinks I think we will give it another shot in a few weeks to see if things are better before finally making...

I had wanted to try this place since it opened as i had a friend that visited there when he was in America and said that it was amazing. Last satruday, i finally scratched that Itch.

2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Came to almost £30!!! Now, i knew going in that i was going to be getting ripped off (and make no mistake, you are getting ripped off) but i figured that it would be some next level kind of burger and that it would be worth getting ripped off just the once for an amazing burger. Talk about disappointment.....don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with their burgers. They're ok, but that's it. Just ok. Nothing special. I've had better burgers out of the local corner chippy or out of a burger van. There was nothing WHATSOEVER special about their burgers. Nothing at all. I could have went to MacDonalds and got the same amount of food for less than half the price i paid in Five guys.

I really don't understand what it is that makes they think they can charge such extortionate amounts for such average food. Even the fries were not that great. I had seen reviews of this chain from America, and the fries always looked like they came with some sort of coating on them. Not so in Belfast. Just nasty chips with the skins left on. There is nothing that ruins chips faster than having the skin left on so they were very unpleasant, not unlike KFC's new fries. You'd think that with the ridiculous amount that they are charging for their products they could afford a potato peeler!!

Even if i won the lottery in the morning, i would never go back to this place. It simply is not worth the money, not even remotely. Do yourself a favour. Head to MacDonalds or your local chippie van instead. Even Burger King would do so long as you don't mind getting...

Good burgers - but the price is mental!

I enjoy a Five Guys but it is definitely a treat purchase. The fries are amazing and I strongly recommend getting the cajun salt over them.

The drinks machine is great - you can effectively have any combination of any Coca Cola drink - and they are bottomless.

The burgers are great - as good as you are likely to get from any fast food establishment, but the price is crazy high. You'll not have too much change out of £30 when feeding two.

In this times of Covid 19 the staff are exceptional, they are running a well managed queue and interior of the restaurant, as soon as someone leaves they are cleaning and sanitising the tables. You need to scan a QR code and fill in your details for Contact Tracing, then you get you table and enjoy your meal.

I am happy to say everything is as tasty as it was before Covid and when sitting and enjoying your meal the only noticeable difference is the footfall in the shop is quite low.

Well done Five Guys on running and maintaining a good Covid setup.

The only negative about this place is you need to remortgage before sitting down to...
