KFC Belfast - Boucher Road — Restaurant in Belfast

This is so disappointing to write, as normally we love KFC!! ,Went tonight at approx 6.15 pm [22/02/25] ,what a bummer 😕, Ordered 4pc original meal plus boneless fillet meal !! as for the amount of chips there was' that was terrible as there was hardly any there!! And as for the drinks these were so bad they were 'dead as hector!' There was no fizz whatsoever in the cold beverages and all this cost just over 20quid 'absolutely absurd ,these food items are overrated and they are also marketed as there's nothing like it , on the Self Service Kiosk's screen the food stuff in our order looked so delicious [nothing could be further from the truth in this case !!] Will never choose KFC for Saturday night ever again!! as NOW we have so many other outlets to choose from which is somewhat a relief because if you feel like having tasty chicken there's more that 1vendor to choose from !! Terrible service, ordered at self service screen, waited more than 10min at counter staff running round like headless chickens fulfilling just eat orders, staff had no interest in customers actually in the shop, I witnessed a man have to actually ask a staff member to take his order, to alleviate the huge queue which had formed behind him, of course when I finally had my number called the only interaction with staff who I'd been face to face with for 10+ minutes I was informed something I had ordered & paid for was not available, I eventually made it to a table with my food the drink had been poured all over the lid & ran onto the table when the straw was inserted then ran off table onto my trousers, I also then realised there was a further item missing from my order & no salt another trip back to the counter to be ignored by staff , the so called crispy fries were definitely not crispy or hot, overall a terrible experience, definitely will not be back KFC is very poorly managed at most...

I recently visited the KFC drive-thru at 35 Boucher Road and was thoroughly impressed with the service and food quality. The experience was seamless and efficient, with minimal wait time. The staff Aparna Ashok was friendly and courteous, and the food was hot and delicious. She was very attentive and welcoming, greeting me promptly and asking for my order. She has taken the order efficiently, with repeating my order back to ensure accuracy. The food was handed to me with a smile and a friendly thank you, which added a nice touch to the experience. The drive-thru was well-organized, with clear signage and a smooth flow of traffic. The wait time was minimal, and I was impressed with the speed of service. I would highly recommend this KFC Boucher road to friends and family, and I will definitely be returning for more delicious food and excellent service.
