I recently visited Tim Hortons, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a quick coffee break or a casual meet-up with friends.

The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. I tried the classic Double Double, and it didn't disappoint. The selection of donuts and baked goods was impressive, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I especially loved the Timbits—they're the perfect bite-sized treat!

What stood out to me was the consistency in quality. Whether you're grabbing breakfast, lunch, or just a snack, you can always count on Tim Hortons to deliver great taste and value. The prices are reasonable, and the menu has something for everyone.

Freezing... Air con on full flow blowing me away. Busy... Can't cope with a crowd, wait times long. Area for waiting right up beside self order stations so fight your way through. Food cold. Didn't include dips ordered and paid extra for. No tomato ketchup though still show as available on self order.. .. in a burger joint. One other customer not given dips either. Another not given bacon on her burger which she paid for, was left standing at til whilst operator forgot about her.. 'can I just have my bacon please?' was the plaintive cry... Also no dips for her. Overall, system failing needs sorted, can't cope with numbers, suspect staff need better training. Tim Hortons is a big global brand but this is very, very poor. Franchisor would definitely have a word to say to franchisee if they popped in here today. Coming back? No. Oh, just noticed on way out, bins...

5 taxi drivers have been eating in TH from it opened on Boucher rd everything was great until tonight wee went there at 9 45 pm went to order food and the guy on till said that it closed at 10 pm so I sad its not 10 pm as yet so he took the order so just set down to eat and another member of staff came out and told us to take the food and eat it in our cars I sad we will eat the food and go so he told us to get out or he would call police not great customer service very disappointed at the staff member who was getting the police for eating my food in this store as it says on front door opening hours 06.00-2300 manager spoke afterwards says he was sorry for the staff member who said he was getting police and offered free drinks for next night very...
