My friend and I go every couple of months for a nice meal, BYO & a catch up. We usually book our table for our next meal when we are paying. The food is always excellent but unfortunately we find the manager very rude. One one occasion he complained to us when we were paying because we didn’t order a starter and last night he put us at a table attached to the desk where customers pay so while we were eating our food people were constantly standing over us waiting to pay. Then when we finished eating the manager stool a couple of feet from our table making us feel so uncomfortable that we left and waited outside for 45 minutes in the cold waiting for our lifts. The worst indian food(???l i ever tasted in NI. Clearly the items and ingredients were a few days old and smells bad, even my 10& 16 year old kids felt it had awful foul smell.

When I went to ask, the staff was very rude and I never seen such a poor behaviour from any restaurants in UK.

He was trying to create a scene with fellow customers that they were having food without any issues and why only my family was complaining.

At one stage he was threatened to call police and not ready to accept the feedback.
