Typical Tim Hortons. Lots of seating. Reasonably clean. Cleanish restrooms. Burger was disappointing not at all like the photo. There was a vegetarian section on the menu. There is no parking at this location. There is a handicap restroom available. The grill cheese was great and a much better option than the burger. The fries were wimpy and soggy. We didn't get the ketchup we added to our order. We also didn't get the second ketchup we paid for either. The line was much too long to go back and haggle for our ketchup, so we went without. The soggy fries would not have been helped by having ketchup, so that was an upside, I suppose. I just realized the fries matched the soggy day outside. This local is very near lots of neat things to see. There are beautiful stained glass windows and more at city hall across the street. If you are lucky enough to make friends with Paul the security guard, he might just show you the city hall cat.

6/6 Machines didn't give any receipts while I was there, at almost 09:30 on a weekend. The glass from the doughnuts display was dirty. The windows were so filthy that you could barely see outside or if they were foggy it was because the dirt made them fog quicker and maybe the extractor from your kitchen is not on or not working. The bathroom was deplorable, tap dripping, sink filthy and toilet seat soiled and toilet bowl filthy. Could use some bleach. The floor in the restaurant was full of food bits and dirt. The staff opened the door to release the humid ait out so as a client I had to stay in cold while trying to enjoy a coffee and a sandwich. Breakfast meal was decent, but the maple popcorn latte tastes just like a normal latte, no popcorn or maple flavour. You got 1 star because there is no other option.

Michael Served Me Today! This guy should be a manager, literally watched him help 3 other staff members do their station and he done it with the upmost professionalism I have seen in a decade! Very very helpful and friendly staff can be found here, any issue you have or any concerns regarding products they are happy to help, its hard to find staff who are both willing and happy to help a customer in need with a smile! I drive past a couple of different places to arrive at this one because the experience is above and beyond what is expected of them! If you live in the area or are passing through be sure to try and grab the bits you need from this store! Will definitely be back!

Very disappointed due to the fact I’ve been to multiple Tim hortons and have never been treated like today I bought 3 tim bits (apple pie timbits) and they Gave me only one apple pie timbits and gave 2 apple fritter timbits instead without telling me which caused me to choke due to the lack or hydration when I asked for a replacement one of the staff member said “what, huh, go ask them” in a rude manner when I confronted him about it he denied and started going on his phone as I asked for a replacement the same staff member came up to me and sarcastically said the ambulance is on its way I had replied with “okay” and he seemed to get more then when I had been gave my replacement he sarcastically said are u happy now “ he later started harassing me when I was sitting down and started asking for my name saying that he was on call with the ambulance and that they where asking for my name I could clearly see that he had dial *999 he tried putting a start infront of the 999 to intimidate us we also felt a great amount of racism due to the fact they tried kicking us out for doing nothing and I was not allowed to use the toilet until I had to prover my point frustrated I also realised when I had been given a replacement the worker threw the food away in a open bin which could cause bugs to come the coffee machines look very dirty and the toilets are not clean I entered and there was no toilet roll and the seat couldn’t even be closed it also seemed that it was difficult for people with disabilities to go to the toilet due to the fact they needed to go to the counter to get a code and go all the way back to the toilet I’m highly disappointed and will be contacting Tim hortons...

Months back, decided to get their 5pm-close deal for £2.99. My boyfriend and I got burgers and the drinks with a wait of 20mins. He came back to the table, but only his meal was there so went to the tills and they gave him my missing burger which came cold, but just thought maybe it wasn't toasted enough as they were in a rush until I took a bite only to find the meat inside itself was also completely cold and raw the entire way through.

I walked up to their expo and waited patiently until someone appeared and asked kindly "would I be able to speak to anyone if they have a minute?" to which the girl over the counter snarkily went "no, we don't." before walking off fairly briskly. I was so insulted by this (especially as I work in hospitality) that I just decided it would be in my best interest to get a refund and was quickly tended to by a manager. I explained briefly what went on and she offered me a burger remake and extra donuts to which i declined politely, just letting her know I appreciated the gesture and that a refund was sufficient enough. She was so sweet and I cannot fault the manager on duty one bit whatsoever and felt like I was being listened to and is the reason I...
