(Update 4) 3 in 1 Burger is hands down the best burger joint in the West Midlands. The 'Raptor chicken burger' contained a huge charcoal flame grilled chicken breast fillet that keeps it is juicy, tender and succulent and the spice is on point. You can ask them to make it extra hot and spicy if you're a spice lover like me. The sesame buns are lightly toasted, spicy mayo is applied and the burger is finished with lettuce. The burger is filling in itself for those who have a small stomach but I'd recommend you make it a meal.
If you make it a meal spend £2.4 more for an upgrade to loaded fries and tenders on top. You can ask them to make this extra hot and spicy too. The tenders are really spicy and juicy and the fries are crispy out, soft in and with the spicy mayo and sauce are a match made in heaven. I'd also like to add that the staff is very friendly and warm.
Tried the Double Spicy chicken (pic 5). Asked them to make it "extra hot and spicy" even though I was warned its already spicy enough. It was totally worth it. The burger is huge, like really huge. I am a big guy and couldn't wrap my fingers around it. The spice and taste was really as expected and on point. Totally loved it. Had it with the loaded fries and tenders again. I have a big appetite hence finished the entire meal but otherwise it's extremely filling for a normal person. My zeal for extra hot and spiciness was quenched by this Holy Grail of a double spicy.
The 6oz smashburger (pic 6) had me totally full. It has 3 patties very juicy and crispy and the seasoning is also on point. Ordered with loaded fries on tenders for a complete big meal. If you want more insanity you can head for the 8oz which comes with 4 patties. The chargrilled beef patties are on a next level and of much better quality than your typical cheap fast food joints. I spent about 9.90 for my meal and I think it is totally worth it.
I've visited this place multiple times. Once got a takeout and next eat-in. Quantity served is more in eat-in. I chose to have my burger in the box instead of the foil since the buns don't get crushed. You can see in the pictures attached first three is the quantity in eat in and next two are the foil wrapped and boxed takeout. Massive difference in quantity. Its generally quite busy here late evenings and nights but depending on size the order time is between 10mins to 30mins for larger order.
Overall it deserves a hype and I believe its is well established joint that lives upto a spice loving foodie's...
Read moreI’ve been going to manchesters Miamis, Philadelphias, and even Shakebees for years now, i may not be an expert but i am definitely well experienced in the field, and since moving to birmingham i needed a new fix. After a couple hours searching through tiktok, this establishment popped up.
From the get-go, the place is kinda small and cramped, however once you get through the order/collection queue, there’s extra seating upstairs if you’re thinking of dining-in. The guys at the till are super conversational and the service was quick in my experience, no longer than a 10 min wait on a friday evening.
onto the food, we all know the real reason we’re coming here, the spicy dip burger. I’ve had the luxury to have tried the single and the double spicy fillet and let me tell you, manchester finally has some competition.
The chicken is saucy, flavourful with a kick that rivals all of manchesters finest spots. The batter is perfect and the actual chicken itself is super juicy. I wish i could have taken pictures but with this burger infront of me, who has time for pictures?
The single burger was well structured, didn’t fall apart and went really well as a meal with the chips, however the double burger was an absolute tank. 2 whopping fillets stacked in between cheese topped with their creamy mayo and shredded lettuce. That burger in itself was enough to fill a hungry man like me, but that being said, as it is a DOUBLE burger, the structural integrity wasn’t the best and i did find the fillets sliding off the bun when picked up, but not to worry as you will find that the same problem persists with almost every spicy dip burger franchise. if you mind a mess, don’t go for the double but i can guarantee you it’s worth it.
i now don’t find myself crawling back to manchester for my fix, and instead make my way down to 3in1 burgers to take care of me.
if you’re hesitant to visit, i hope my review...
