Absolutely unprofessional. Firstly they cancelled our Just Eat order, while they had already confirmed it. We called them, they said we don't have driver while their delivery was open in Just Eat. Then they suggested to order via Uber Eats. We did, but our order never arrived, we contacted them several times, finally they said we cant do anything and unbelievably said you can come to the shop and order again and pay again. Normally in these situations when drivers make a mistake etc. the shop compensate to satisfy the customer, but they did absolutely nothing and very unprofessionally said we can't do...

Do NOT get kebabs from here! Honestly very disappointing. £4 for an extra small portion of diced chicken without any pita bread or chips. Also they added salads of their choice rather than what I asked for! With the current situation of social distancing they are just taking advantage since you can’t really see them fixing up your food. I do NOT recommend getting kebab from here! Stick to pizza those are decent!

PS. If you want a nice decent kebab I highly recommend Mamamia- larger portions better...

The pizza is one of the best ones I have had in recent months. I tried the chicken deluxe pizza which was mouthwatering. The owner is kind and generous. I requested him to add some pineapples to my pizza which he happily did. The fries are also really nice and at least have a different flavour in them compared to other places in selly oak.
