Ciao Bella Desserts — Restaurant in Birmingham

So, went here for my boyfriends birthday as we wanted to get dessert, expected a lot especially from the instagram advertisements but to my disappointment, you should never trust anything you see on the internet. The service was one of the main issues as they were so slow and we were the only people in the shop, they weren’t accommodating and bought us out COLD custard with the cornflake tart. Also ordered a white choc cookie dough and they bought me a sample ice cream when they were meant to give me a big scoop in a gelato glass and they even said that themselves, but still charged me for it. The milk cake wasn’t soft and had bits in it as if it were sat around for a while. The shop has no atmosphere and the staff just like to sit around and hang with their friends.

I asked for some more ice cream and they took 10 minutes to scoop it out the f tub because they were f around with each other.

1/10 experience, should’ve knew since lady leshurr made the quote, also the shop name is called ciao bella, i will definitely ciao bella myself out of here with no return.

As a fussy eater, it has taken me a very long time to find a dessert place that does everything i desire. Here we are with Ciao Bella. Good Food and local to me. Bad points: If ordered via Uber or Just Eat, they do not follow customer notes (so if you have any allergies beware). On 3 occasions I have ordered via Just eat, paid the delivery fee, only to receive the wrong item and have to go back to store to get it rectified. After 3 attempts and some months of not ordering from them, i attended on Saturday. Ordered 2x MILK CHOCOLATE Cookie Doughs and 1x Brownie Sundae (with only Vanilla Ice Cream). Order arrived after 15 minutes. Both Cookie Doughs were WHITE CHOCOLATE and were drizzled in Chocolate Sauce, which seemed to be a disguise... I challenged the staff and was told that "this is what we do these days". I will say again-when it comes to food, shops need to be very careful and serve customers what they order. Be clear what ingredients are in products and if a customer orders a Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough... Dont serve them a White Chocolate one..... They could be allergic to the...
