Dessert was nice. The indoor interior looked great. However, customer service I wasn't that impressed with. I went in with my baby and was asked to put the pushchair aside and they will get a highchair. Baby is only 5 months so can't even sit up yet. The way it was said to me, like the pushchair would be an obstruction. Yet there were no other customers in there at the time. Then we ordered dome with custard. The custard wasn't that hot as it took long for the dome to melt and it just didn't taste as nice as the custard then became cold with the ice cream. So then we asked if we could get more hot custard. Instead of making the customer happy, we got the someone who looked like she was in charge come over and tell us that the dome melted, so it was hot. Then she asked us what we wanted her to do. Please can you get all employees to work on customer service skills. Unfortunately it's sad to say but it was the only 2 women working there that customer service skills were lacking. The man who was serving us was kind. I don't think I would go back because of the vibe I got. 2 star demoted for customer service. 3 star for food...

I had been waiting since the shop opened to go there, finally after a year or so I finally went on my birthday, and the ancipitaction and high expectations were met.I absolutely loved the cheesecake and chocolate dome, which I do highly reccomend.as well as good macaroons, pies along with great customer service ,assisting my every request and question in professional detail. Artisan is definitely a unique desert shop with dishes that are excesionally delicious with beautiful flavours and combinations. You may be thinking, why 4 stars then? Well, the chocolate well was not upto standards compared to the other dishes nor worth the price.the cake was clearly not fresh and the chocolate hot fudge tasted like cheap asda chocolate. As well as the kheer(rice pudding) was really disgusting, and my father had a bite and had to put it to the side ruining his mood.it tasted raw,and runny with no creamy specific taste. Apart from the chocolate dome and the rice pudding/kheer,the shop is absolutely amazing, and I do reccomend coming her rather then any tyoical desert shop like ice stone gelato or...

I love dessert shops and always visit them wherever i can and wherever i am .. I ordered the ferrero rocher waffle. It took ages to arrive and what a disappointment when it did (with no apology for the delay). . it had one ferrero Rocher broken in a few pieces strategically placed on the whole waffle and some chocolate sauce which was a bit hit and miss. the gelato scoop and biscuit crumb was nice. The product looks nothing like any pictures. When i was asked how dessert was ,when paying ,i mentioned the lack of content. The reply i received was ' normally we put 2 on there !' So be warned , I know times are hard but please don't belittle your customers by short changing them . the girl sat next to me, a stranger, was shocked and said to me "for that price you would think there would be at least 4 of them". The worse thing is, they didn't really care about their customer comments. once they take your money. Needless to say I diidn't have a great experience which is...

A quaint and cosy dessert outlet in the balti triangle; the sundaes my wife and i had were both exquisite. The gelato here is top notch, but the addition of kiwi pieces in the mango sundae really made it outstanding. Similarly, the use of chocolate pieces and nuts in the pistachio sundae gave it some much needed texture. The desi tea was good and the dominance of milk in it's making was pleasingly evident. I noticed a lot of chocolate domes going out, which is essentially a 'create your own' dessert with a chocolate dome over everything and some hot chocolate sauce to melt through the dome with. I'll try it next time i think. I would've given 5 stars as they also have free customer wifi here, but one of the waitresses hasn't quite mastered the art of service. She needs to be more like her colleague and smile, even if she's not happy. Also, service is a bit slow so they either need another person in the kitchen, or out front.

Lovely desert restaurant, staff on site was welcoming and got us a table on walk in. The restaurant is nicely decorated, the tables and chairs were clean and comfortable. The menu was a nice little booklet, unfortunately half the menu was not available, menu was marked with crosses in deserts they were not serving. I won't give them negative marks for this as I understand some ingredients/stock has been difficult to order due to the covid situation. We ordered a fruit tray and chocolate waffle. Both came in good time with our coffee and mint tea. The mint tea was not great, the coffee was nice. The deserts were what was expected, the waffle was soft and fluffy. The ingredient was fresh and tasted superb. A good visit, worth the wonder if you're feeling desertyy
