Title: Disappointing Experience with Dixy Ladywood Road - Late Delivery, Cold Food, and Rude Customer Service
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Dixy Ladywood Road. Despite expecting timely delivery, the experience was appalling.
After waiting half an hour, I called the branch to inquire about my order. The representative assured me the food would arrive within 15 minutes, but another half hour passed with no sign of my order.
Frustrated and hungry, I called again. The representative was rude and dismissive, claiming they needed another 15 minutes. When I expressed disappointment, he became defensive and rudely replied, stating they only had one driver.
The food finally arrived, but it was cold. I was expecting a hot, freshly prepared meal, but what I got was a lukewarm, unappetizing dish.
As a paying customer, I expect respect, courtesy, and a quality product. It's unacceptable for a business to treat customers with disdain and disrespect.
The late delivery, cold food, and poor customer service have left a sour taste. I will never order from Dixy Ladywood Road again and advise others to think twice before supporting this business.
In today's competitive food delivery market, it's surprising Dixy Ladywood Road failed to meet my expectations. With numerous options available, I'll take my business elsewhere.
To Dixy Ladywood Road's management, I suggest addressing these issues:
Provide better staff training Consider hiring more drivers Improve food handling and delivery procedures
Until then, I won't recommend your establishment.

I don't mind paying £32 for an order even if you got the order wrong I have no problem we all make mistakes we are only human.. what I don't appreciate is you lying to me and covering up your mistakes by purposely giving me an incorrect order you even asked me 6 times what pizza i ordered it was a mexican not Hawaiian. What you don't understand is that people have allergies even to pineapple and there is a reason I ordered a pizza without pineapple but you decided to give me a Hawaiian pizza with pineapple knowing full well you made a mistake and you have the cheek to lie to my face. It's embarrasing to our faith as one lie leads to another bigger lie. Fear your Lord before lying to customers we are mere mortals it's your Lord you will have to answer to. Would I be ordering from you again certainly not purley because you lied to me if you admitted your mistake I would have the utmost respect for you.. very disappointed.. if it was anyone else you would have been getting a solicitors letter for an alergic reaction..take it...

Majority of the time I get good customer service especially from the young man in the glasses. However after the experience I have had today I don't think I will be going back there. One employee with an accent and a mole on his face as well as a man with grey hair and green top. I asked about a particular menu item and one of them replied with " Eh what" " Don't know what you talking about." The item in question was on the menu in front of me which I wanted to order. The man then proceeded to tell me to "order something else" with his reason being that "we don't do strips here". Whereas I had just seen someone order and walk out with a strips. I then asked you definetley don't do them. And the man said na. Then as another employee with better manners was calling me saying he would do the order the other employee said to him loudly "No" and started whispering in his ear and I left with no food.
