I placed an order on Friday, September 13th, 2024, totaling around £70. I encountered several issues with the order that I would like to address. Firstly, the portion sizes of fries and Parmesan in the burger meal seemed inadequate, especially considering the price range of £15-20. The spicy masala chips were disappointingly dry, lacking the expected sauciness. Additionally, the food arrived in poor condition, with most toppings on the Parmesan sticking to the box, as shown in the attached image. Despite requesting no coleslaw and asking for chili sauce, I only received mayo and Algerian sauce, which was not what I expected.

Moreover, I tried the new donner Parmesan, assuming it would not contain BBQ sauce due to my allergy, but what was surprising it did not align with the item description. As a food business owner myself, I understand the importance of accurate food descriptions for customer satisfaction. I believe it is crucial for businesses to prioritize specificity in their descriptions to ensure customers know precisely what they are ordering. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I am hesitant to order from your service again. I recommend improving order accuracy and considering using your own delivery drivers to prevent food mishandling...

Visited recently and was very impressed with the food and value for money. Ordered the parmo box with an extra drink for £15.50, which included 1 chicken parmesan with steak cut chips, 1 double patty smash burger, 2 bbq wings and a delicious purple coleslaw. The parmesan was delicious, better than Chickaro's up the road, and the smash burger was surprisingly also great. There are stores that specialise in smash burgers that are not as good as the ones provided here - massive compliment. Coleslaw was delicious. Cans were ice cold which should be the standard for all establishments. Only improvement I can suggest is for the 2 bbq wings. Definitely frozen wings that have just been fried and garnished with herbs and bbq sauce, a bit more thought on this would have been great. Food was also freshly cooked, it was obvious to the taste. This is a totally honest review, should not offend the owners but they can look to improve, now let’s dig in…

The parmasen didn’t hit the spot unfortunately… the white sauce does not taste nice that is under the cheese and toppings… the portion isn’t big either couple of chips and a not so big portion of parmasen… now tell me if I’m wrong… if the box is only 70% full is that a good visual to see? I’ve had parmasen before with better taste from Ginos on alum rock they know what their doing need to check them out and see how you can improve…

A lot of people have said it now your food portions are small and prices are ridiculously high… £9.50 at most not odd £12.00 without a drink… don’t throw around wholesale prices are high why can a guy cross the road from you sell a similar item for less then you if wholesale...
