The worst takeaway to order from on cov road !!!! Do not order from here !!!! This is the last time I order from here .

Fries re cooked 2 x in fryer they were old burnt and cold

Chicken drum stick was under cooked and warm but uncooked

Wings lol tiny piece of bone no meat even if there was meat it’s too small and dried up no juice burnt up again

What is wrong with these people !!!

I just wasted my hard earned money just finished a shift was starving I paid for trash sorry to say

Health inspector should also check how these people sell there food too not just hygiene of premises they need to check how they prep serve to customer

I was hungry it was too late for me to take photo or to return food back .

I’m well psd off this is not the first time i will report this to council

Even after telling the staff that you poor service and I stopped coming due to the fact that food quality is poor

Thought after renovation things would’ve changed but was wrong

If zero star was available I would’ve given it

I can’t believe the council / food inspectors given 4 star...

AVOID! UNDELIVERED AFTER NEAR 2HR WAIT AVOID

Placed a Just-Eat order at 01:50 with these clowns which the restaurant accepted.

At 02:00 the restaurant called to say there will be a £1 charge as I live just outside their 3 mile radius. That's fine, I'm hungry, just bring me my food!

Called them at 02:52 to chase up order. They said driver had left 15 mins ago & was on the way. Great! Should be here about now!

Eagerly waited a further 20 mins & called them back at 03:12 but they stopped answering my calls. Figured they must have closed at 3 but the driver should still be on the way..

Then at 03:32 my phone rang! Pizza time? NO! It was a guy at the restaurant to say the delivery driver couldn't find my address & just went home! What the..? We live bang in the middle of one of the major main roads in the area!

Vile, lying, unprofessional time wasting imbiciles.

Avoid! Don't give them your business if you wanna eat...

Absolutely shocking customer service! Not the first time this has happened- ordered a while ago and received the wrong food to be told they would send the correct order straight out and never received- I gave a second chance today ordered a plain pizza and fries very SIMPLE order it arrived FREEZING I am staying about 5 mins drive from this restaurant was unable to collect due to circumstances however definitely not a valid reason for food to be freezing cold! Called the restaurant got no answer the delivery driver then called and answered straight away he passed the phone for us to speak to and the attitude and excuses that came out this persons mouth! Unbelievable! I was told a new fresh pizza would be sent out and be with me in 10 minutes THAT WAS OVER HALF AN HOUR AGO called restaurant three times just ringing out!
