Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Birmingham

Second time I have been in there and not very happy both times, i thought i would give it another go. I went in yesterday (Sunday) to get some hot chocolates. I have only given a 1 because the 2 men in the shop were friendly. The counter where the drinks are made were dirty, with drink Stains every where not been cleaned, powder for drinks all over. The counter area is not clean too. To top it up our drinks were watery and not chocolatey, no taste whatsoever. They both were horrible. I couldn't be asked to go back and return the drinks as its a dual carriage way. I'm sorry but I use lots of Costa coffee's but this one is dirty and drinks were nasty. I recently popped into Costa Coffee in Birmingham, hoping to get a proper taste of British culture, so I opted for a nice cuppa tea. I must say, I was expecting something a bit more authentic, considering it’s the UK and all.
