Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

I went here for my lunch break today to get a cheeky sub Asked for all star chicken which is one which already has all ingredients as I was too tired to choose my own, first off the man and woman kept talking in there own language and giggling which I find rude and didn't even acknowledge me(unless they called me fatty in hindu) Then she added japenoes to my order which aren't on there but i like so I let it slide then she put xx hot Chipotle sauce on there which it's meant to come with garlic and herb and she put garlic and herb on top to cover it, the guy was watching aswel and thought I didn't notice. She then put crispy onions on with one shake and 2 crumbs of cripsys onions dropped on. There was Noone in the store it was dead and didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. I asked for a refund for making the wrong sub and being extremely rude and it's on of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and I've been to Marius at the radley's. I'd like to speak to owner of this franchise branch and have a meeting with him, this needs to...

Ordered through Just Eat. After making me wait for an hour, the delivery was on the way. All of a sudden the delivery driver just marked the order as delivered, with nothing being delivered. I was forced to mark all items as missing and demand a refund from Just Eat.

Looks like the delivery driver did not want to miss his time for delivery. Hence marked it as delivered, even though it wasn't. I got a call on my mobile after 15 mins that the food has arrived. I rejected it and had to arrange alternate food.

Do not order. They seem to have some shoddy arrangements. Their phone doesn't work. So no one...

Placed my order and the guy serving charged me more than the price advertised. When I questioned it he said that what he had charged was correct. I thought it was me that had just made a mistake but when I started eating and realised that he had made the wrong sub, i questioned it and they wouldn't do anything about it. So I ended up paying more money for something I actually didn't order. Won't be visiting here again, terrible...
