As I went inside for the first time i wasn't sure what i wanted and i was taking time very quickly realized the atmosphere was nice the assistant Kevin was very polite and patient he had excellent customer service skills alongside Muskan who was happy to help and serve their Authentic smiles were blessed and myself and my freind were made to feel comfortable to sit inside and eat a chicken dona meal of which we both enjoyed alongside 'different tasting chips' 'flaming fries' very nice with the garlic dip . I tried this place a few times now but have been let down almost every visit.

I place my order online giving the staff plenty of time to have my meal ready when I arrive and when I do arrive I still have to wait additional 10-15 minutes because they only started making the order when I've got there. Sometimes the food is really greasy and I remember once I had ordered the Boss box with the spring rolls barely having anything inside it??!!

The music is loud in the shop like it's some kind of nightclub. I don't want to be shouting my head off when I am trying to have a conversation with the person I am eating with.
