The food at K's Caribbean Taste 😋 was truly on another level! From the warm and welcoming service by K and her lovely family 💛, to the vibe-setting music 🎶 that instantly made you feel at home everything was just perfect.
The curry goat 🐐 was marinated to perfection and bursting with flavour, paired with delicious rice and peas 🍛 that had my taste buds dancing. K even gave me tips on how to warm up the fried dumpling 🥟 properly so it wouldn't go hard in the microwave that kind of care says it all!
And let’s not forget the Sky Fresh juice 🧃 with that zesty hit of ginger poured over ice when I got home, it was the perfect refreshing touch! 🧊✨

I really wanted to like this place but the whole experience was pretty bad! The staff were nice (not rude at all) but so unhelpful/confused. A young guy served us, but kept disappearing so we had to call out every time we needed help. We had to ask for everything as nothing was offered....please clean the table, can we have cutlery, cups, pricing etc. Everything. The jerk chicken was so dry and overcooked, the mutton was also really overcooked and flavour wasn't great. They forgot the dumplings but gave a free drink on the house to apologise. The standards of this place have gone down. There are no prices on the menu meaning they had to work out the cost in front of you with a calculator. I ordered Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas and it came dry with no sauce. The Rice & Peas tasted like it was frozen and the jerk chicken was tough and had no flavour. The food took 20 minutes to be served aswell. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else!
