I visited on a Friday morning and had a vegetarian breakfast, it was a bit pricey and cost £9 but I was completely full by the end and had managed most of it. I asked for non runny eggs and they were cooked the way I asked, the halloumi was lovely and salty and the new potatoes and cherry tomatoes were very tasty. The toast was done on a grill and had olive oil drizzled over it so had a lovely charred taste. I went at 10am and it was quiet, however by 10.30 it was a full house, and there were no tables left. I would say if you wanted abit of quiet time in the morning then the best time to arrive would be between 9 -10am. I also had a hot chocolate, and out of the three different varieties I had the original, if was slightly bitter as real chocolate buttons are used, so I would say be wary of this if your expecting a sweet drink and cost £2.60 for a medium. My drink took a few minutes to make and was brought to my table and my breakfast took under 10 minutes. I parked for an hour which cost £1 outside (or £1.80 for two hours maximum stay), so it is possible to be in and out within this time. I feel the restaurant is buggy friendly as there are some tables where a Pram could be positioned to the side, I did spot one high chair, however there were no baby changing facilities, but there was a metal display table in the toilet, that could be used if you brought your own changing mat, but doesn’t look like it would be safe or comfortable. I loved the atmosphere, and I can definitely see myself returning at least once a month for a pick me up. I say come and give this place a try and I will definitely be returning to try the pancakes as they...

In a word - SPECTACULAR!!!

The BEST homemade Granola ... by a huge margin ... nothing I’ve had before compares to this stunning combination of flavours AND to “top it off” very luscious Bay poached Pear slices ... So Delicious!!

The BEST Egg Benedict ... again by a significant margin. Every element was an exhibition of top quality produce and highly skilful execution. What sets it even further apart from any other Benedict I have eaten was the Sourdough English Muffin ... yes ... unorthodox but once you’ve had this one no other Benedict will do. This being the only negative ... they are in Birmingham and quite a trip to get up from London 😢

Oh yes, the Flat White, this is usually the part of the review where I add a “But” ... but in this case very very happy to confirm that although it is not the best I’ve ever had, it was superb and within a “shot” of...

We had a nice breakfast here on Saturday morning. The menu seemed to be largely bagel based, I had the croque special and OH a smoked salmon bagel. The house chai latte was tasty, we had two each, and the croque was tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed 2 slices of their home cured bacon, juicy and salty, yum! The bagel was tasty too I'm told. It's a nice friendly atmosphere, they do welcome dogs and that's my only point deduction, which is my personal preference. The dog next to us was understandably quite interested in its surrounds and what was on its owner's plate so I couldn't fully relax. Nothing against dogs but I prefer to eat with 2 legged individuals. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I'd return for a takeaway. If you're happy with canines, then this would...
