SweetBae Desserts — Restaurant in Birmingham

Second time ordering from this place for my partner and I. First time we had the waffles which weren’t great, they were soggy but edible so thought we’d give them another try. This time round we had the Hersheys cookie dough, Uber Eats delivery service was great but can’t say the same for this shambles of a dessert shop. We added on Maltesers and Strawberry’s to the cookie dough and we got dark chocolate Maltesers ontop of a milk chocolate cookie dough! This wasn’t specified on their site by the way, assuming we would get the typical much loved milk chocolate version. This wasn’t even the cherry on the cake, the Maltesers had melted turning the milk chocolate cookie dough into dark chocolate, sweet into bitter…then when we called up to complain, a guy who clearly needs intense training in customer service told us he can’t make a new one…bare in mind this guy is claiming to be the manager!! The whole telephone conversation consisted of this man informing us he can only give us a refund. Poor customer service and management skills if you ask me, this place needs to learn to actually give customers what they want. This shops an absolute insult and Btec version of salt bae....

I RECEIVED A BOTTLE OF WATER INSTESD OF MY TEO MILKSHAKES AND THEN TOLD TO DO ONE

Placed an order here thinking it would be nice and my waffle came dryyyyyy, really dry. I also ordered 2 milkshakes which didn’t even come!!!!!! when phoned the store about it they was rude and told me that i wasn’t getting my milkshakes which is a COMPLETELY UNLAWFUL action from this establishment. I recommend that anybody who wishes to order from here to think again as you will NOT receive...

Great dessert shop, been using them for some time now whenever I get a sweet tooth, amazing desserts and a range of your usual desserts and extra goodies such as things for kids and adults such as Pick n mix , 3 types of slush, red bull appletizer etc

Cookie doughs and waffles are amazing too along with the cheesecake slices and chocolate cake (you can choose toppings for the cheesecake)

Deffo recommend if you're on Uber eats and are in two minds of where to order your...
