A Sweet Spot in Birmingham – Amazing Matcha and Lovely Service!

I recently visited The Layers in Birmingham and had a fantastic experience. I tried their Matcha, and it was absolutely amazing—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. One of the highlights of my visit was the service. A lovely girl named Riya helped me out—she was incredibly sweet, polite, and made the experience even better with her warm attitude.

The ambiance is cozy, and everything from the menu to the presentation is thoughtfully done. Definitely one of my favorite dessert spots in the city now. Highly recommend for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth with a touch of great service!

Staff was too...

I had a really positive experience with their customer service – it's been a while since I’ve come across staff who genuinely listen, offer recommendations, and give thoughtful advice. I’m quite particular about my coffee and was initially skeptical, even ready to leave. But one of the staff members kindly invited me to sit down and try the coffee first, saying that if I liked it, I could pay – and if not, I could walk away. I ended up paying, and not just because the coffee was good, but because the service was genuinely warm and kind.

I would like to commend Ria for her outstanding customer service today. Her professionalism and warm demeanour created a welcoming atmosphere, making my experience thoroughly enjoyable. Ria’s commitment to customer satisfaction is remarkable and she is undoubtedly a valuable asset to your team.

Additionally, I highly recommend the Ferrero cheesecake, flamin' chicken baguette and mango frappes. Each dish showcases exceptional flavour and quality, making for a delightful dining experience. I look forward to my next visit....
