KFC — Restaurant in Blaby

This is easily the worst KFC in the country, ordered a zinger tower meal that was a sorry excuse of a chicken burger, the burger was cold and one bite even had the texture of a old school rubber band, looked unappealing and small (little larger, than a McDonald's chicken Mayo burger), fries undercooked and cold. Staff were not interested in customer service, a group of three having a chat and laugh at the front counter with customers waiting to be served and another trainee to the side on her phone. Won't be coming back to this branch until the staff and food quality improves, the owner needs to change the entire staff or at least tell them to not be on their phone when customers can see you!!! Self service tills have hardly any space between them, back to back with stranger's literally and they cause queues. Whilst staff stand behind the counter just watching people with a sign saying they will help you only if you are paying cash? Not enough seating, tables for 4 are locked to the floor and so small that only 2 people sit at them. Lots of people standing around waiting for some place to sit and tables outside are dirty. One person cleaning, must be such a crap job, place and tables were filthy. Cleaned my own table before and after eating. Overall eating area is too small and clostraphobic. Ordered a party bucket on Saturday night through my KFC app for delivery from Fossepark KFC through Uber eats. Food turned up on time. Only problem there was clearly seasoning missing from the chicken, it was completely tasteless. 100% know I would not be the only customer that complained about this as it was so obvious! I contacted Uber eats and complained only to be given a £2.29 voucher, for a £43 meal that ended in the bin!
