The worst customer service ever. If you have children never ever go to the shop. We went to have our lunch with 5 children and 3 of them are under 5 years old. 1st when we asked if they have any platter which can be shared among family the owner tried to scam us saying there is a platter cost £68 to share 5 ppl 😒 which is not even in the menu. 2nd , served us wrong order and when asked the owner provided most vague explanation. 3rd, when we requested for some extra mint sauce they staff said, Habibi ur demanding for too much sauce 😒.my 2 years old and 4 years old children was eating with that sauce because the food was dry. Finally the cherry on top was, when we were leaving they said u guys liter so much and demand £5 for service charge. There were already rubbish on the floor but still he was saying this is not a way of coming and eating in a restaurant. Even though my husband asked for apology they keep telling how we have messed up that place. The owner is a physo beneth a friendly mask.

Read moreI review restaurants regularly and love to support local small business. I went to this restaurant today, friendly enough staff, the older male was particularly overfamiliar with customers. Food was cheap enough my bill came to £8 only so I paid with £10 intending on giving the rest in tips. But the man just handed me a £1 back. I could see he was trying hard to talk and walk me away and out, and almost attempt to charm us so I wouldn’t comment on, he made comments about our appearances to flatter us. I don’t like the cheekiness of this. I don’t like dishonest businessmen who is making active attempts to deceive customers. Due to that and food being less than average I wont be returning. Also strongly urge all customers to double check their bill and the change they receive back. The whole experience just felt like a...
Read moreUpdated Wonderful little Palestinian restaurant in the heart of Bolton Town centre. Really friendly owner and delicious food. Really worth eating in and also has takeaway facilities. The baklava was amazing, soft and crunchy and not too sweet. They do have a service for baklava gifting too.
Went back again, this time was not so impressed, for the price the portions were tiny, the speed at which the food came was really slow and some us were just sat whilst others were eating for nearly 20 minutes. We did nor get the breads or the salads and had to ask and the taste of the dishes were not the same as the first visit. They had changed considerably. Still friendly but for the market and the position, to get the footfall need to change the portion sizes and the consistency in the...
