Domino's Pizza - Bolton - Central — Restaurant in Bolton

Rang to ask if they do NHS discount as was told 50% off, did not inform me that this was on pizzas only and not sides. Ordered over the phone, 1 medium pizza, 1 gluten free pizza and 1 chick n mix box. Arrived to collect, lady brought order over and I noticed there were 4 boxes, I informed her I'd only ordered 3 items and was told the chick n mix was split into 2 boxes. Came to pay and was told it was £33. I queried this and asked if the NHS discount had been applied and was told it had and that sides wernt included. I said it still seems a higher bill than expected for the 3 items but was reassured it was correct, but was not provided with a receipt. Took the order to the car and checked the prices on their website and I had been overcharged my £9. I went back into the shop to discuss this with the front desk and was then given a receipt which showed I had been charged and given 2 chick n mix boxes, even though I queried this on entering the shop. I asked for a refund for the extra chick n mix box, and gave them the item back to be told her would generate this on a system. He apparently wasn't able to do it there and then, which isn't something I've experienced before, so I asked him if I could have that in writing and was given an I owe you with his name on. Whilst in the shop another lady spoke to him in a different language about me, which was very rude and intimidating. Very poor experience and won't be...

If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered 45 minutes before closing from a store that is literally a five minute drive from our apartment.

Order went through fine, got the update that it was being prepped and then the usual one saying it was on its way. 45 minutes later, no order received DESPITE the app stating that our order had been delivered and the app allowing us to see that the driver was on our street.

The store closes at 11:45pm leaving us unable to phone and ask where our order is. We understood that they may be busy due to it being a Saturday night which is why we allowed extra time for delivery. For it to not be delivered at all is ridiculous, especially when the driver was on our street!!

The store will be receiving an angry phone call tomorrow as what happened tonight is unacceptable, all because a delivery driver couldn't be bothered doing his actual job of delivering pizzas. Not rocket...

They don’t even deserve ONE star but can’t leave a review without choosing from 1-5 stars.

The manager or whoever is in change of customer service is clueless, not helpful at the slightest and should resign today if he can’t be fired.

I never leave bad reviews because I think everybody needs a second chance.

However, I had to make a large exception for this person.

Please, whoever you are, quit so somebody else who is happy to help can take your job before you bring this business to the ground.

If it wasn’t a franchise pizza shop, this business with this person would have closed their doors before they even opened.
