Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here, the window clearly states that this restaurant is in "buffet" style but once you get inside there is no buffet, just a buffet menu, which is basically a handful of starters, mains and soups that are already from the original menu, staff also did not make anything clear about the buffet apart from "oh yeah we are a buffet take a seat" and it took until we had almost finished our drinks for the waiters to ask us if we would like to order, however by then already confused and frustrated we decided to depart. Not leaving his review for a negative impact but rather to help the business, I was really looking forward to a Chinese but then lost my appetite due to my own impatience, try to clear up the buffet thing, and maybe mix up the buffet...

Visited for a special occasion. Unfortunately I feel I must comment on firstly the food, very very average food. My niece was so excited to have the salt and pepper chips which where poor quality oven chips with a bit of garlic and onion chopped up 😞 The Gentleman serving our food was sneezing and coughing into his hands then brought our food straight out!!!!! I'm not sure if the older gentleman at the reception is the owner? Bill almost £400 what a waste of money!!!!! When we went to pay the bill my friend needed to see the menu and she picked up one, this man snatched it out of her hand and said that's takeaway menu! He was very rude all round. Needless to say I will never visit...

A special Christmas meal with the family, unfortunately completely spoilt by the waiter walking unprovoked to our table and telling the young children that Santa did not exist! Absolutely horrified that he felt he had the right to interfere with our dinner to say such a thing. DO NOT go to this restaurant - it does not deserve your custom! Children clearly not catered for... we left quietly after mentioning to the manager (who didn’t seem to understand what we were saying)as we were all shocked, but on reflection, we really should have demanded an apology and full refund (not that the refund can repair the damage done). Very, very, very unhappy and will be taking this...
