I thought I'd already done a review for this lovely cafe, apparently I haven't. We've been visiting here for many years and have never had a bad meal! Delicious food, good sized portions, friendly staff, excellent, speedy service and clean environment. They know what they're doing here, so much so it can get very busy. My meal today was off the specials board and my partner had a steak hot sandwich. Next time I'll get a pic of the menu. Upstairs and downstairs seating and a little bit of seating out the back. Wheelchairs might struggle to navigate as it's very tight but it's a little more open at the back of the cafe. Prams may have a have a similar issue. Pics are from two different visits.

A great eatery whether you want a large breakfast, cake/scone and coffee, afternoon tea, or one of the other many delicious meals from the varied menu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are all reasonable. A popular place that has tables on the ground floor and first floor. They cater for customers who require gluten free food.

A nice place to eat. I didnt have to wait long and was served quickly. The waitress was so friendly. The food was cooked quickly and presented wonderfully. The portions are great. If you're looking for somewhere nice to eat - head here. I guess I went on a quiet day, but have previously been at a weekend.

Love this place always stop off for a bite to eat here when I'm in Lytham. Went with my mum, sister and niece.

My sister and I both had soup and a sandwich the soup of the day was celeriac and goats cheese it was very nice but quite rich. I had cheese and mushroom toastie and she had chicken mayo sandwich.

My mum had the small fish and chips which she thoroughly enjoyed .. if that was the small portion I'd hate to see what the large portion is like. The small portion is a very generous portion.

My niece had cheese and ham omelette which again was a generous size she gave it her best shot and managed half of it

Can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here. I can recommend the veggie breakfast too .. had that a couple of times in the past and it sets you up...

Absolutely gorgeous food..forget your roast on a Sunday. Baked spuds with cheese and beans. When it arrived gobsmacked by its size true King Edward spuds salad and coleslaw to the side. Thought that I would have to stop as it just never ended. Managed to get through the marathon spud. Then came the question, ' do you fancy dessert?" After a second of thinking just had to say yes and so glad I did. Sticky toffee pudding with pecan and custard. The dessert arrived a couple of minutes later. And yet again Absolutely stopped in my tracks. Soft l treacle sponge with pecans inside custard jug one side warmed toffee pot the other. Needless to say thus Absolutely smashed it out of the park for me. 5 stars...
