The food is usually quite nice, however the staff are really letting the business down. I asked for 3 sandwiches today which took 20 minutes to make. The guy serving me sighed whilst making them, and I was left feeling like I was asking for a favour by ordering. This is the third time I have had such an experience here, but was hoping the first 2 times I had just been unlucky.

The staff in general are unbelievably slow. Certain things like slicing cake trays could be done in between serving, opposed to chatting to other staff. That way, when a person orders, the service can be quicker - just a suggestion.

I ate my sandwich straight away; the chicken was cold and wet. Shame!

I have been here in the past and have been fond of it. I do, however, hope that improvements are made. I have seen customers giving up on queuing outside due to how long it takes to serve everyone. Furthermore, all of the staff today weren't covering their noses with their masks whilst preparing food.

Lots of room for training, improvement in customer service and speeding up service time.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick despite how busy they get. You can tell they take pride in what they do, ensuring every meal is top quality.

I would 100% recommend Paul and Le Roti. We recently asked them to cater for a family celebration at our home. Prior to the day there had been easy communication back and forth over our requirements and a couple of days prior to the event Paul visited us to check the finer details for the day. His team arrived the morning of the event and set up with virtually no input required from us at all, it really was handing all planning over to them at that point and they breezed through it. When we returned to our home for the start of the party we couldn't believe how brilliantly he and his team had set everything up, it was amazing and with some of his team on hand to offer drinks to our guests we really didn't have to do a thing but enjoy the event with our family and friends.
