Greggs — Restaurant in Borough of Rossendale

My partner calls here for my daughters while I am at work to get them lunch. This time he encountered a more mature lady with a very poor attitude and poor service skills that was abrupt in her mannerisms asking "it that it" after he ordered each item and was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It appeared to be that actually doing the job she is paid to do is too much for her. Absolutely useless service today, got it wrong 3 times whilst I was there & assured me it was correct when I left, got home & it’s still wrong 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Later date, not been in ages and once again very poor offering, ordered on just eat at 11.30am and there was no donuts of any kind bar caramel ones, poor choice of sandwiches and cakes in general and to top it off the delivery was almost an hour which didn’t coincide with dinner breaks ! Very disappointed all...

Honestly cant beat a Greggs, whether its a sausage roll or a steak bake to vegan sausage rolls (probably can't go wrong of you're vegan) there's sometimes g for everyone. They do the best coffee out of anywhere too, caramel latte is hands down the best. The only thing that annoys me is the fact that they no longer sell the meat and potato pasty which was part of the backbone that built greggs and I think its a kick in the nuts to greggs to...
