Ordered on a Saturday granted quiet late.. had the spring rolls which tasted slimy, hot sour soup with nothing in it and chicken with ginger spring onion which tasted nothing like my husband ordered beef with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts - when received no meat was in it. When we complained we was told we couldn’t have a refund as we would need to return the food?! (It was in the bin) but told that we could order the same free of charge. Tried to order tonight however they still wanted a further £11 to cover the chicken and spring rolls.. £30 which we originally paid is a lot of money in these days so to part with a further £11 for a meal that wasn’t delivered as ordered we put the phone down. We tried to sort this before putting negative feed back but never again...

Ordered through Keighley eats. The beef curry was just spice and oil filled curry that was very much like the maysan brand paste, tasteless beef and tons of onion. The chips were soggy and tasted reheated the rice was the reason for a star being given as it was OK. We also ordered chips rice and curry sauce that was just like above. I'm sorry but £3.50 for a small sack of reheated chips is not only an insult to customers but close to robbery. The order came 20mins later than stated on the app. Don't waste your money kwoklyn wan has a fantastic recipe make that and save your taste buds the sorry...

Discusted with the service here waited over a hour for a delivery to be Rudley told it will turn up when it does, I asked is there any chance they can let me know a time and was just told no you will have to wait we are busy. I requested that if it wasn't going to be in the next 15 mins I would have to cancel , he said you cancel it then yeah(with a major attitude problem)! How rude! I Will never use this place ever again or recommend it to anyone who wishes to be spoken to like a human...
