Sham Shwarma — Restaurant in Bradford

First time trying Sham Sharwama as I was in the area . Never tried Syrian style wrap , got to say it was great . The bread is thinner & crispier than a naan bread . Main difference I noticed how they cook there meat , high heat so it's crispy yet moist , lightly flavoured , but complemented by there sauces, salads & pickles . The chaps here are not very clued up about customer service unless it’s their mates. Obviously run by men means the toilet is shocking. Mould around the sink for a start. At least there was some bog roll! Food is good thankfully but the place could do with some TLC. Not great in terms of decor or hygiene. Shame as it could attract a lot more people otherwise. Ordered for collection, forgot to give an item so had to turn around and go back. Got the food home and it was tasty however the wrap was half empty. Opened the garlic bread and started eating it. Upon lifting a slice (after half being eaten) a dead bug fell from under it! Unfortunately this ruined the entire meal and made us question the hygiene and to see a 2 star rating was not surprising. Poor first impression....
