SFC Bradford — Restaurant in Bradford

Once again SFC have delivered as promised! Yesterday I ordered an advanced order of 2 family meals (one 16 piece and one 8 piece family bucket) as I had several family members visiting and wanted them to experience the best fried chicken I had eaten. I asked for he order to be delivered at a specific time and Of course I was a little apprehensive with such a large order (concerned that there might be things missings upon delivery) but I was assured ( made a secondary call and spoke to one of the brothers who own the shop) all would be delivered as stated (mixture of 24 chicken pieces, 8 fries, 2 bottle of fizzy drink, salad and sauces). I then received a follow-up call confirming delivery address before driver was setting off. I shouldn’t have worried about a thing....the food was all delivered intact by a very friendly driver who ensured I was happy with the delivery items, and the best thing was even though it was a large order....all the chicken was delivered, fresh and piping hot. The chicken was simply delicious, hot, succulent, tasty chicken pieces as always....my family guests were also impressed with the quality of the chicken and again stated what I already knew....best fried chicken they have tasted. All in all excellent customer service during both initial calls and the final one made by the delivery driver), food (fresh, tasty and all intact), delivered on time so no excessive waiting or praying for it to be delivered soon so not to disappoint guests. 5 our of 5 on all fronts....well done...

Just so you all know i was motivated to come here by a bad review by someone Not been here in while it's one of the most iconic chicken places, I'm making my way there, I will update this review shortly.. as I update my review after consuming that amazing delicious chicken topped with salad and lovely mint sauce, I recommend everyone for once in your life try to eat this without the ketchup & mayo, because its not required in all honesty, this is not your average chicken place, these guys have been there for 30 years, it has that old school classic taste, I also believe this is a generational thing, as for the youth who are more attracted to May be salahs UK fried chicken etc, they might not understand this concept, if you were a teenager in the 90s than I'm sure you know what SFC is all about, the customer service was spot on, I didn't expect the guy at the counter to give me hug 😀 or be extremely polite, there can be times when their really busy and you might not receive attention your expecting..this is probably the longest review I have ever done reason being the place has history, and I can confidently say that SFC is one the greatest chicken places in bradford and still remains, & that's the bottom line...

Food was good, no doubt, but the guys over there looked very non-professional in terms of how to take customers, no greetings, nothing like that.....One was eating in the customer area then went in to serve customers the serving area, and the other was just on the phone.....And i wd say if u all wearing the same SFC branded shirts , you wd stand out(you represent SFC, not nike & puma)....I mean you ve got good store, looks very aesthetic & good taste but you all need to undergo a CSR training....If u just work for a month in Mcd,domz or any other big franchise, you ll get to know that you are not allow to do certain things infront of customers, that leave a very positive impact on yr customers...Also get some branded paper bags, not the plastic white bag.....Observe things when you visit food franchise what r they doing differently, believe me u ll learn a...
