We found the Shalimar a few weeks ago and have returned regularly since. The standard is always exactly the same.The curries are amazing! I have a Meat Masala(madras hot for me) and it is by far the best ive had. The added fresh coriander just finishes a stunningly tasty dish with tender meat, perfectly. The best chicken madras i ever had, and trust m at 67 years old i know my curries, also love the lamb masala (madras heat) and my Wife enjoys all the above but also loves the chicken biryani.
