A Review from a Broken Heart 💔
My review for the high ups and the administration of ZiZi. My business is to deliver food to Esteemed Zizi customers. On 24/11/24 i went ZiZi Brentwood to pick up food order for delivery with a proper food grade Thermal bag. Mr Sobash started a dialogue with me to waste my peak/busy business time and money. He told me to bring a specific brand food bag even though i had the bag and wear Specific brand Jacket otherwise i will not give you food delivery order. I explained i have a peoper bag if your restaurant have a this kind of specified policy please show me i will cancel the order myself and will follow that policy. He was stubborn and he was smiling and failed to show the policy to me. His behaviour was insulting. Your employees were smiling while Sobash was in a dialogue with me and the food delivery was getting late and later. When ever we take delivery orders the customers complain us why you are late rather the delivery guys are waiting for the food in restaurant and the employees indulge in a nonsense dialogue. So i cancelled my order. It was a big order I cane outside disheartened. While i was standing outside i saw a delivery guy looks Sobash Friend, went inside ZiZi Brentwood without a delivery bag and took that delivery order in his hand without a delivery bag. I went inside and asked Mr Sobash is there a different policy of the ZiZi restaurant for your friends and a separate policy for me....? Why did you gave the order to that delivery guy without a delivery bag. He refused and lied to me that i didn't gave the order to anyone you are mistaken, infront of your employees who were watching this drama. I told him i made the video recording and he told me do whatever you want. Mr Sobash is Racist and biased. So i stopped working and lost hard earned money and went outside, wrote an email complaint and sent to ZiZi but no response. I am very much disappointed. I was expecting a cold response from ZiZi. Does anyone consider the importance of the matter..? If ZiZi has failed and is not interested to stop Mr Sobash in doing so ZiZi will lose ZiZi customers, no Delivery Guys will go to ZiZi to pick up food orders. Read moreBooked a table for 4 two weeks ago and selected the table I wanted for my daughter’s Birthday meal, when arriving we could not have the selected table because it was not noted down.Time was 3.15. We all sat down at that time and picked the drinks we wanted. Nobody asked what drink we wanted and so continued to select our food. After approx 20 mins a surprised waitress called to take our order for food and at lest apologised that nobody had taken our drinks order. The starter arrived after about 30 mins. We finished the starter at about 4.10pm almost an hour after sitting down. The starter was nice. Had to ask about main course at 4.45 pm which arrived at 5.10. Three of the four were nice, however the Carbonara dish was not, strange taste. I feel that the attention to customers needs were lacking badly. Maybe they were short staffed, I don’t know, however the Manager was there and at no time offered a explanation. At least they took the one bad meal off the bill. Sitting over 2 hours was too much. Read moreIt was a real shame that my Son’s birthday meal was ruined to a degree. I ordered a Calzone pizza and when I started to eat the filling, the chicken was stone cold. The waitress promptly got a 2nd Calzone prepared and low and behold, the chicken inside this was also stone cold. I was given an excuse that the chef tried to prepare it quickly for me and it failed. My family had all finished their main course so I just ordered a plain pepperoni pizza as what could go wrong with this and by now I was starving. This was delivered very quickly and was piping hot as expected. It was a shame and it’s doubtful I would ever eat there again after tonights event.
