A cosy little joint with a café atmosphere. It seems to cater mostly to a Chinese clientele. The Mandarin being spoken, and signage in simplified Chinese script, signal that it's a bit different from the Cantonese-based "Golden Palace" or "Lucky Dragon" we might be used to in the 'burbs. There are dishes from a range of Asian cuisines, but we sampled only the Chinese.
It was hearty fare with quite heavy saucing, and a dish of stewed pork came with bones in and skin on, which might be a bit too 'authentic' for some tastes. My favourite was the ma-po tofu. There was some nicely done fresh veg too.

It is worth mentioning that the whole team has professional experience back in China. For example, the owner and chef worked for a locally famous restaurant in Wenzhou for decades. This already distinguishes this place from most of other Chinese restaurants in Bristol.
Everything attached is highly recommended. But if you don’t know where to start, try the lamb.
