I had a deeply disappointing experience at â Coffee #1 â Union Street. on 07/04/25 around 18:15. I was refused access to the toilet by a female Asian staff member, who insisted it was âfor customers onlyââfailing to acknowledge that I could have been a paying customer. I was in genuine need and visibly distressed, and instead of offering basic human decency or assistance, she treated me with indifference and unnecessary rigidity.

As she started to make the drink I noticed it was cows milk and I said âsorry I ordered soy is that okayâ she said âdid you order soyâ and I said âyesâ. She then rolled her eyes and glared at the other employee. I felt like a huge inconvenience just being there, not nice. I realise she was probably mad at the other employee and she when i apologised she said âitâs fineâ but I felt sooo uncomfortable. If I hadnât of noticed the wrong milk was used I probably would have shat myself shortly after drinking, so...
